  • Abandoned Projects in CA

The camera is shaky and the sound is bad (in fact the whole thing is very amateurish), but its cheaper (and faster) than driving around CA:

In Windsor and Santa Rosa (Sonoma County) there are numerous projects still being built out. Half of the largest development in the "new" downtown Windsor was unoccupied a few months ago and at the same time I stopped by a housing development in West Santa Rosa on route 12 that was no more than 1/2 - 3/4 full.

Out on the Mendocino County coast, at least one out of every four storefronts in little Fort Bragg is currently for rent.

This happened in asia during the financial crisis, but for the case of asia, it was abandoned 30-40 story skyscrapers in the city centers.

I guess it will happen to the USA in 2 years from now.
