    No kidding we've seriously looked into doing this, have an actor, producer, post production, etc., all lined up. We even have a name for the show: "Sad Money."

    curious... why go after itulip but not this guy don? they got a better case with don. itulip is a macro economics journal not a stock picker site so the fair use argument holds... but he's a stock trade site... competitive. that'd be their claim, using thestreet.com content to advertise a competitive service. right?
