The reason it matters is that millions of viewers of Cramer's show listen to what he says and believe it because anyone who points out that he may not be telling the truth is threatened with a law suit so his "inconsistencies" go largely unchallenged. Agreed...that makes sense.

I work in a big room which was remodeled about 2 years ago and one ‘perk’ management bestowed on us are wall mounted flat screen TV’s about 50 feet apart.

We aren’t allowed to touch them – can’t change the channels or turn them off.

Thank God the sound is off because Cramer is on 2 of the screens facing me…every single day!!!

I would rather watch Jerry Springer or Judge Judy. So much for corporate perks.

Maybe it’s a sneaky way of mgmt thinning the heard through voluntary separation as big layoffs are coming in 3 weeks.
