Re: Putin's party wins. Surprise!
I actually went to a couple of polling places.
Can't vote obviously, but ultimately talking with people here - life is improving and there is both hope for a better future and inspiration from Russia again taking its place in the sun.
Then again, the 2 runners up were the Communist party and the party with the Polonium guy - Lugovoi.

As long as oil price is high enough. Let's wait for the end of the commodity supercycle and see, whether this future is sustainable.and there is both hope for a better future
because, Putin or not, Russia is going back to its imperial past. Not a good news for the rest of Europe.and inspiration from Russia again taking its place in the sun.
Which means, don't be scared of Putin. You have not tried the alternatives. Then again, the 2 runners up were the Communist party and the party with the Polonium guy - Lugovoi.
