I think the American citizens need some help from somebody, somewhere. God is not doing it. Obama is not doing it. Congress is not doing it. The bankers are not doing it. Why wouldn't a "legal framework for a globalized world" be good for America? In other words, w/o the sarcasm, for the record metalman, I found Lord Christopher Monckton debunking global warming far more credible than I find those warning of serious anthropomorphic global warming.
