Mostly a guy dreaming of a NK space shuttle circling the globe to the music of We Are the World. A few rocket launches are included. The most provocative bit is when a rocket appears to drop down on North America. Perhaps the video's existence on the internet is/was its most noteworthy aspect. It does provide a shift in perspective. Personally created or state? May account for its short shelf life.
