  • HSBC ‘a criminal organization’

Why am I not shocked or even disappointed if this turns out to be true?

Bring back the anti-monopoly laws and break up the big banks down to the regional or even state level. And while we're at it do the same to the giant corporations.

"...WND pointed out to Cruz that he was accusing by name federal officials in DHS and IRS, as well as officials in the district attorneys offices in Suffolk County and Queens County, New York, of not taking steps to stop immediately what he alleges is money laundering on a massive scale involving billions of dollars in the United States around the world.

Cruz affirmed that this was correct, noting that his contact with the IRS was relatively recent and he has reason to believe the IRS has opened an investigation.
IRS agents Wagner and Sophia did not return WND calls for comment.
Cruz handed over to WND audio copies of the recordings he made in his meetings with DHS and the IRS special agents.
Concerned about his safety, Cruz also requested WND turn over to an independent law enforcement agency of WND’s choosing the 1,000 pages of documents and the various audio copies of meetings he held with federal officials as well as HSBC bank management and security personnel.
With Cruz’s consent, WND turned over the relevant information to the Cold Case Posse in the Arizona Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office of Sheriff Joe Arpaio.

Even though Cruz’s information does not necessarily fall within the jurisdiction of the MCSO, Arpaio’s team agreed to accept Cruz’s information into evidence for safekeeping.

(((LETS HERE IT FOR SHERRIFF JOE!!!!! perhaps the only honest cop left in america with the balls to tell it like it REALLY is! GO JOE GO!!!)))

      HSBC ‘a criminal organization’

Cruz began working at HSBC on Jan. 14, 2008, and was terminated for “poor job performance” on Feb. 17, 2010.
and in dec2011, in primetime on 60minutes we hear: "well from 40000 feet nothing looks illegal...."
which translates - in NY Fedspeak and DOJ legalese to: nothing to see here, move along....

      +1
like in the 'good ole days', when glass-steagall kept em 'honest' or at least didnt krash the entire economy..
i say also: CLAW BACK EVERY GD DIME in bonuses from every one of the bastards that is even implicated, since the appearance of corruption is just as bad as the dirty deed itself

i mean its simple: in the madoff scam, the trustee has the authority to clawback prev payouts of phantom 'profits' to those who took money out of his deals - WHY CANT THEY DO SAME WITH FRAUDS THAT THESE THIEVES PULLED OUT?

ifn it was me, i'd bust em all back down to living in cardboard boxes

Let's be charitable here. I say we give them a mostly waterproof tarp. But seriously, lektrode is right about clawing back every dime they stole. And they should also pay fines, penalties, restitution and interest, until all their assets are gone, including those off-shore accounts and assets. When they and their families are impoverished they can always apply for food stamps, and they can also retire on social security like all the ordinary people they despise and steal from.
