I think this run to Xmas will prove to be a watershed, we hear 5 major UK high street retailers are in BIG trouble. All of a sudden cost matters & everyone is happy to go on line. All those expensive retail units that are leveraged to Mars & back are not looking good.............a new year bloodbath i think.

All these projects were already in the pipeline, no doult banks have run out of cash so some direct goverment funding is coming....but its "smoke & mirrors".
