Re: Marc Farber:- Gold going to get KILLED
1. he did not predict a 40% fall. he said there would be volatility and mentioned that episode in the '70s as an extreme example of such volatility. it did not say it would be replicated.Originally posted by Mega View PostYou call a 40% Fall NOT GETTING KILLED ? !!!!!
2. and i do not call the 40% fall that occurred in the '70s "getting killed." when you're killed, you don't get up again, let alone grow to 8x your prior value.

Re: Marc Farber:- Gold going to get KILLED
One of Martin Armstrong's writings this year was on gold, and he specifically pointed out that fall and resulting bubble as well. His point was that when the power elites try and squash the gold (right before things blow up in their faces) the farther the price of gold falls the higher the resulting rise will be.Originally posted by jk View Post1. he did not predict a 40% fall. he said there would be volatility and mentioned that episode in the '70s as an extreme example of such volatility. it did not say it would be replicated.
