Gold volatility is so low. Time to go long Gold ?

I am seeing the Gold volatility is so low. It has been in this 1400~1525 band for many months.
Also I see no Gold pumping in zerohedge(contrarian for me mostly) - Gold is floating behind the radar.

Time to go long GLD with some play money ? buy some GLD out of money $200 Calls, 6 months down the line ?
