      I don't know what its called but there's a fast food commercial featuring a double burger, with a layer of onion rings, lettuce, tomato and special sauce, being eaten by a 20-something stud leaning against his old pickup ("don't bother me, I'm eating" - help from the little woman) that sells for 2 for 5 bucks! Any wonder poor America is fat, diabetic and brain impaired

        I wouldn't eat a big mac here in the states let alone a big mac in china or any other countries on the list.

          The relative values of the Big Mac Index are not as interesting as the absolute values of the Big Mac Index.

          Note the US Big Mac was $2.49, while the lowest value on the scale was $0.78 and the highest $3.81

            Certainly true, no surprise on the rank order.
            It was interesting to me (like c1ue) to see the numbers evaluating the difference.
