Ok. By those words I mean this. I subscribe to Jim's newsletter and find that he speaks bluntly and with a dark side to his thinking (to the extent that he can while avoiding death threats himself.) He is a little more likely than I am to find a conspiracy, some foul play or fraud behind some event.

He's implying he has gotten death threats if he says things some people don't want him to say.

In some cases I'm sure, people leaking "inside" information to a wide audience will falsely claim, or at least exaggerate, death threats in order to gain "street cred." I don't presently think this is the case with Jim Willie, but sometimes I change my mind on such appraisals. I don't think he's lying, and I don't think he is in debt. However I only have intuitions to go on, no facts.
