This is a freaking joke.

Someone needs to sue/force Nasdaq/Nyse to reveal who gets to benefit from these market do-overs.

It's totally insane. Why is 60% the cut off? Why not 90%? Why not 50%?

Absolutely ludicrous. Why aren't people screaming murder here?
