Single wide trailers have similar advantages . They probably cost less too. I paid about $32 per square foot of living space. Can you get a boat for that money?

I wouldn't call 10 Belgravia Square a house. More like a palace or a historic building. It would be more prudent to compare with one of the "money cannot buy buildings" buildings along the Shanghai bund.
