There is a constant state of emergency in the United States, read the Congressional Record and you will see it everywhere in the record. The question is why, since nothing seems to explain why we must always be in a "state of emergency."

Well, I found the answer, unfortunately you must order a book that may not be a pleasant read. Not because the book is unpleasant to read, but because the truth is too hard to swallow.
