take it you never worked in a restaurant? common practice to do all sorts of disgusting things to the food, drop it on the floor and put it back, etc. working for the big chains is the worst... no sense of ownership, pure serfdom... the young serfs get back at mgt in their little ways. tip... if you don't want to eat spit, crap off the floor, etc, eat only at restaurants where you can look into the kitchen. true fact.
