Problem is they don't tell exactly what is it, maybe is .999 silver, but, ¿how much does it weigh? ¿What's the melt value of it? I do prefer the ones on my signature instead.

Weight, schmeight! I'm sure it was an honest oversight. It "dwarfs every US legal tender known currently in circulation." And it's "payable like a silver certificate and coin of the realm" (in Liberia). Also, "The frosted twin towers stand out against a mirror-like background, much as they did in the gleaming sunlight that fateful morning". Translation: It's big, it's valuable and it's patriotic.
