What we looking at here is trying to convince people (fools) that it is a virture to be "Low carbon". Its is in fact a necessity the West is bankrupt & will not be able to out bid the East for Hydrocarbons. Thus we have the "War" on Plastic (comes from oil) etc.
WE also been told how we need to stop parking on the sidewalk or by the sidewalk outside our houses. People are being "prep-ed" for the loss of their cars!
