Nice idea, should be great when properly adjusted..
I'm not looking forward to the first time an oncoming Audi hits me in the eyes with his poorly aimed laser spotlight pointing way too high and off-axis, suitable for hunting squirrels at night in the trees beside the road.

I'm already not happy with the LED headlights in general. They can be a real pain in the eye.
