I assume the "gentleman" has his hand in his pocket to make sure the bribe, I mean contract payment is safely in "his" pocket. Knowing Ukraine, someone is itching to make some money with their "friends" in the West as business opportunities in today's financial world are limited and you need to be "creative" to make projects profitable for the right side.

Seems like they're over-complicating the process with the pre-assembly and sliding over. Why not build it in place? Especially since the video says once it is in position they will tie it into existing structure. So why not do that in the first place? Looks like a publicity stunt and pitch for more money to me.Comment
