    Whatever happened to the poster who was raving endlessly about Vancouver housing values a couple of years ago? When I first joined iTulip there was a poster who seemed to be on every thread promoting Vancouver's real estate market. LOL

        FYI, the report mentioned in the article is at http://www.demographia.com/dhi.pdf

        It is written to be fairly pro-suburb/anti-highrise. I can respect this perspective, and I personally wouldn't mind settling in a rural-ish area, but I don't see how it can survive until we experience some a population decrease / passing of the "boomer" generation.
