The Fed doesn't issue Treasuries and the zombie banks have been spending billions on bonds for a few months. David Rosenberg said last week that the total was $118 billion over the last 18 weeks. Is that what the speaker is talking about?

Forced? I doubt it. Look as if they're working hand in hand.
