    I have wondered what this, now often used euphemism entailed. I have seached in vain in blogs and economic papers but none have explained it, how it will work(sic)or indeed how it would look to the naked eye.
    Then I came across this and as they say "one picture paints is a thousand words"

    Greenspan predicts economic growth to hit 3 percent or higher

    WASHINGTON (CNN) -- The U.S. economy will grow more than expected in the third quarter, but unemployment also will continue to increase and will pass 10 percent, former Federal Reserve Chairman Alan Greenspan said Sunday.
