    Strangely, the DJIA closed at 9605 on 9/11/2001 and closed at 9605 again, exactly eight years later, on 9/11/2001. I don't suppose this is anything more than a coincidence, but this is compounded by the historical tragedy that occurred on 9/11/2001.

    how often does the djia close at the same level on the same day in a later year? just ran a quick macro over daily djia since oct 1928 and the answer is... never! except for 9/11/09 vs 9/11/01 :confused:

    try it yourself...

      (tin foil hat on)

      That is the bankster/Wall Street way of telling their enemies "FUCK YOU". I think the military industrial complex is in a war with the banksters for complete government capture. This was the banksters rubbing it in: they have pilfered the treasury and now control the markets.

      What is the next move? How can the industrialists top what they did to the banksters on 9/11?

        Sorry if this sounds nit-picky, but I think the markets closed early on 9/11/2001.

        Still, it is spooky.

          9605 = 9 and 6+5. (911)

          9 and 11 are illuminati numbers....

                    The great unspoken problem in our economics today: when does influence drift into unhealthy control? When does collective bargaining become a defacto cartel?

                      How many significant figures did you use for your script? The two amounts (for the 9-11s) are off by a dime.

                              spent hours trying to find a similar coincidence on any day, never mind the day when the usa was attacked by terrorists... only one of those. can anyone else?

                              btw, i always figured they hit two towers not one because if they hit only one the report will read... 'a plane tragically hit one of the trade towers'.

                              two planes cannot be explained that way.

                              back to the point... how do we explain the djia ending at the same price the same day and only on that day?

                              theories?
