    How delusional can these people be? :p That is like saying, "Yeah, the severed artery in my neck is still gushing a lot of blood, but not as much as before. It will all soon be over!"

    The four-week moving average of initial claims, a less volatile measure, climbed to 631,250 from 627,250.

      It's not really about initial jobless claims.
      If you get laid off, you will file a jobless claim.
      If you find a good job in a week, then the initial jobless claim is meaningless.

      It's about how long you are jobless, if when you find a new job is that job equivalent in quality to your old job, Don't we stop counting people if they are on the jobless roles for so many weeks? 40 wks?

      Even if the jobless claims were 1 per week. If that person never gets rehired were still moving down.
