      Also if it was set high enough, you would get more entrepreneurial activity as one could always fall back to the basic income.
      More importantly it would give more respect for the low paid jobs as people would not need to them as they have a basic income.

      would like to see this trialled on working adults.

        The landlords will see to it that any extra money from basic income is consumed by rent.
