There are two simple steps to subscribe to iTulip Select and become an iTulip Select Premium Member.
1. Register to iTulip Forum (already a registered user? - please log in and see step 2 below) 2. Go to http://www.itulip.com/forums/payments.php? webpage (be sure to log in at the landing page) and follow the on screen instructions to complete your subscription payment. That's all. Question? | How much does iTulip Select subscription cost? |
| iTulip Select is a subscription based service available for registered iTulip Community Forum members on an one month trial at $30, or 3-months at $80, 6-months at $150, one-year at $250 and two-years at $400 for individual account. Also available for Institutional account on an one-year basis only at $1,000 After logging in Subscribe here or go to your User CP, select Paid Subscription from the Miscellaneous, and simply follow the on screen instructions to complete your subscription. | How to change duration of my recurring subscription? |
| If your current subscription is a recurring 3, 6, 12 or 24 months basis via PayPal, and you would like to change it to a different duration, please do the followings - 1. Log in to itulip.com fourms and re-subscribe a new subscription here by selecting a different duration. 2. Log in to your PayPal account, cancel your old subscription. Or email your request to forum@itulip.com In the event if your old subscription was automated renew, and charged for the renewal, before your new subscription order, we will issue you a full refund for the renewal and cancel your old subscription. | How to renew or cancel my recurring paid subscription? |
| The "recurring" feature for iTulip paid subscription is intended as a convenience for our paid customers. It is only available for the 3, 6, 12 and 24 months subscriptions and if you used PayPal as your payment method. It can be cancelled anytime through your PayPal account.
If you have subscribed to an one-month trial subsription or used Authorize.net as your payment method, your subscriptions will not be automated renew when it expires, no need to cancel it, and you need to subscribe it again. All paid subscribers will receive a Reminder Notice from us 3 days prior to your subscription expiration/renewal date, with instructions on how to renew, cancel or change your subscription. Briefly described as follows: 1. To continue your "recurring" subscription without interruption (via PayPal only) No Action is needed. Your recurring subscription will be automated renew for another term, and your PayPal account will be charged for the renewal, until you cancel it. Noted that non-recurring subscriptions will not be automated renew, and you need to subscribe it again when it expires. 2. To cancel your "recurring" subscription Log in to your PayPal account and cancel it, or Contact Us with your cancellation request prior to your renewal date, and we'll be sure to take care of that for you.

| How to access or log in to iTulip Select forums? |
You do not need any special log in to view iTulip Select contents but simply log in to our forums with your user name and password as usual. If you are an iTulip Select paid subscriber, you will be premitted to access the Select premium contents. Else, they will be appeared as "PRIVATE".
