I think at this point "blood bath" is a euphamism for RE. I've been reading the blog over at housingbubbleblog.com. It's more like RE genocide. I'm seriously considering going house hunting for RE at 2010 prices... where the 750k homes will be 250k, and offering the 250k right now.
