Is quite simple really, if you are stupid enough to want to surrender your labor, rights and responsibilities in exchange for the security of being kept, then sure I will accept the responsibility of being your master. However, there is a simple drawback to your acquiescence to my authority: life will be defined by my terms, views and perspectives. Quite boring if you ask me, but what the hell, it is your choice after all.
