Nobody is in charge. The economic recovery under president Obama will be undoubtedly based on a miracle (http://www.timesonline.co.uk/tol/comment/columnists/gerard_baker/article4392846.ece). A real, solid miracle:

Interesting thought, but the Rockefellers have long been opposed to nuclear power. Taking into consideration that David Rockefeller basically runs the CFR, Bilderberg, Trilateral, and Bohemian Grove I have my doubts that we'll be making progress in this regard until we have absolutely no other choice.

On the other hand in Europe the Rothschilds are pushing nuclear power and we have seen much advancement over there.
