A quick search at Google leerned that Ammonia is made of LNG.
25 years ago it was more or less a waste product but currently not a cheap commodity anymore. During the fabrication process lots of CO2 is produced. Recently introduced Climate Tax would be enormous.
Don't know about the mileage you'll get but the SMELL....
