For Americans who have been listening to me and others the past few years the new just got better

The US dollar has depreciated approx 35% in the last couple of years making real estate investors in Canada an additional 35% return already on top of their whopping 100% return.

The people who post charts and fear mongering just don't get it.

Even Bill Clinton was in town yesterday and stated

In full elder-statesman mode, Clinton told 1,750 people that Vancouver "is a great city. This is the model of what the 21st Century can be."

Yep, after helping kick start the US bubble, now he's off to Vancouver/Canada to repeat same.

Hopefully for the Canadian's sake it will turn out better.

Ahh, c'mon GRG55. Bill is cool. He knows how to play the Saxophone. How many President's you can count who knew how to play the Saxophone? (well, honk mostly, but still ... )
