Ha, that was nice. No surprise that the video's example of for-sale-sign after for-sale-sign was in the suburbs (http://www.itulip.com/housingpriceregionscascade.htm). Or maybe exurbs would be more accurate.

Expecting an apologee from Greenspan is like criticizing the Mexican Army for poor disaster relief. The Mexican Army isn't trained for that. The job of the Mexican Army is to keep dissent in check. They're very good at that. Ditto Sir Alan. He did an exemplary job and continues to reap his sizable financial rewards.
