General Growth Properties looks like it's got some good scalping potential in the coming weeks.

Huge distribution volume spike just a little while ago, it's got a nice low very managable P/E ratio of only 258, :) insiders own 11% and institutionals own 82% so it looks like there could be a real good race for the exit doors. Insiders are selling and since I'm a betting man I'm thinking that FREIBAUM BERNARD looks like he just shorted about $5 million of his own stock at $66.05 to $64.14 after exercising options at about $35. This company is swapping debt and no gain to dividends. This stock is certainly in the right market place (Real Estate) for a crash, so bad news regarding this company would be expected. Good volitility, good volume, hefty price sitting well above it's 50-day-moving-average. This one looks like one to keep an eye on and short the crap out of hopefully with other people's money in the next week or two. Thoughts everyone?
