Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think we graduated in the absolutely darkest month. That which doesn't kill us makes us stronger.

Ah, yes. The summer of 1982... chemistry PhDs working the slurpy machine at the 7/11, physicists driving taxis... You and I? Few prospects, but we made our way. At least we didn't head into it with a mountain of student loan debt.
